1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nuvanta's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Nuvanta provides AI-powered call response and lead recovery systems for home services companies. Our system monitors missed calls, engages with potential customers via SMS, qualifies leads, and delivers them to your team in real-time.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate business and contact information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding communications and telemarketing
- You must have proper consent to receive texts on your customers' behalf where required
4. Billing and Payment
Services are billed monthly at the rate corresponding to your selected plan. You may cancel at any time โ no long-term contracts are required. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days.
5. Free Trial
New customers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you do not subscribe after the trial period, your account will be deactivated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content through our system
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access our AI systems
- Misrepresent Nuvanta's AI responses as human communication where prohibited by law
7. Limitation of Liability
Nuvanta provides its services "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, or damages arising from service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Nuvanta is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
